As an instructor in the College of Business at the University of Phoenix, Dwayne is passionate about educating students, utilizing real companies to learn marketing and business concepts. He created CornMug.com specifically for his marketing class to teach the entire life cycle of a product using a real live company.

Dwayne has been involved in all phases and aspects of the corporate life cycle from starting his own businesses to providing senior management services for public and private companies. His experience includes filling-in as an interim executive in the areas of finance, management, marketing and operations both domestically and internationally (Canada, Cuba, Russia and Japan).

Another passion is counseling individuals, couples and families on their financial strategy with a focus on the efficiency of money to create and nurture long term wealth. Dwayne co-founded www.financialballgame.com, which uses baseball analogies to learn personal finance in a fun and easy way.

Dwayne is also involved in his community and is on the Board of Directors of the Bothell (Washington) Chamber of Commerce. He has created and presented management and marketing seminars for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE).

Dwayne’s education includes:

Kelly Lawson
Chief Niblet

With a passion for entrepreneurship and the environment, Kelly is excited to be a part of CornMug.com. She has a degree in Business from the University of Washington. Her experience includes sales, equestrian education, internet marketing, and starting her first web-based company at age nineteen.

As a long term project, Kelly is studying sustainable viticulture (wine grape growing) through Washington State University.

Her role at CornMug.com is business development and customer service. If you have any questions or would like to place an order, she is the one you will talk to.

In addition to CornMug, Kelly owns earthboundequine.com, an organic horse care company, and is a distributor for Young Living essential oils, which she sells in the bookstore of her educational website, schoolofessentialoils.com.
